About CUBICVANGUARD

CUBICVANGUARD was founded by Bruno Rodrigues to bring an evaluator's eye to Portuguese industrial SMEs and startups applying for EU funding.

Bruno Rodrigues is a Metallurgical & Materials Engineer (FEUP) with over 15 years of industrial and EU-funding experience, including hands-on casting and solidification simulation work in Germany, building a Project Management Office from scratch, and several years coordinating and delivering EU-funded innovation projects. Since 2022, he has served as an Independent Expert Evaluator for the European Commission under Horizon Europe, reviewing the same kind of applications he now helps clients write.

Through his project work, Bruno has coordinated two Horizon Europe Grant Agreements and led Communication & Dissemination work packages on others, experience that now underpins CUBICVANGUARD's own Communication & Dissemination service for funded projects.
